Here in Murika, we do most things backward. The date and month in series are one of those things.

Saying June 5th, 2013 instead of 5th of June, 2013 seems easier and more logical. This round goes to America.

It's always sad when games don't come to the PC, but when they look like poo as State of Decay does, I don't feel so bad.

Saying the date before the month has always sounded more professional to me and makes the most sense. From smallest to largest with dates and largest to smallest with time: Day/ Month/ Year, Hours/ Minutes/ Seconds etc. I mean you wouldn't say 2 seconds, 3 hours and 8 minutes in regards to time, not to mention it's what I was brought up to write and to say. Just an odd cultural difference I imagine. Also the round will never go to America for as long as you keeping call the Autumn, 'Fall' ;)

Also State of Decay is coming to Steam in roughly 2 months time, hopefully in time for the co-operative gaming. But just in your case I really hope it doesn't go to PC ;) More zombie killing fun for me.

Yeah, It's good. Got home at at 30 minutes and 4 hours on the 6th month and 5th day* and only just stopped and realised how much I was playing for a minute ago. It has little graphical niggles but apart from that it is pretty awesome. It can be played very micro management style if you want to. Scouting for food, helping the needs of communities etc. Cars are limited so if it breaks, that car is gone from the game, really adds to the tension when you break down in the middle of piggy squeal central with recent horde wandering in because they heard the engine sound. Weapons can be looted and hacked through till they are destroyed or you can build a workshop and repair them over time. You can go all guns blazing and attract a horde like a motherfucker, or you can make limited use silencers and dispatch them quickly. Hell there's a trial as it is on XBLA but I'm not sure where the trial ends. Yeah so give it a go. Definitely.

The update down the line that contains split screen, and online co-op is gonna be fucking awesome!

*See. It Sounds Stupid

After having an 8 hour sit down with this game I feel it`s safe to say this game is awesome. the more you improve your character the less you want to use him/her in fear of their permanent death, but you want to use them because their stats are so good. >dat suspense when your character has no health/stamina and you alert a horde. 9.5/10 would recommend. I'm also a big fan of item management so that's great as well.

This will surely hold me over until animal crossing 3ds :3

Yeah from what I am seeing the game is definitely AWESOME piece! I can't wait to make a "bad" society and execute all the good pussies out there. Oh yeah I am soo gonna play as that redneck confederate badass cowboy from the trailers! The South will rise again you piece of shit zombies!

marriage is off

Hey!

I've been mourning the death of one of my brave scavengers. So forgive me if my grammar isn't perfect, you try pressing the spell check button when your heart is dying.

Also, wonderful to know it wasn't the dress that put you off. I admire that

Too many infestations, too many infestations, too many infestations, too many infestations

Apparently they're patching the things like that, also building even one outpost will reduce the odds of missing survivors by half. Still trying to find a suitable home base, saw an epic fortified truck depot but have no where near enough resources to build there.

[EDIT] Was raiding homes at night looking for ammo and medicine, managed to find an auto shotgun and some grenades in the kids room...oh well. Anywho started hobbling home when this fucking cross between a werewolf and zombie leaps from a second story window pins my guy to the ground before lifting him in the air and splitting him in half as he screamed over the zombies wailing howl. Then I saw the 'S' of 'Saving' slowly start to appear "titties to this" I exclaimed and like some sort of ninja cat turned the box off and saved my guy the worst death imaginable after being tied to a chair and forced to listen to dubstep of course.

I ain't afraid to lose survivors the first play through. so far I've lost marcus, Jacob and wyatt. Also go down to the bottom city and look for the warehouse safe house, so far it's the best I can find. also is it just me or has anybody not done a story mission in the like 5 days?

Protip: Do not move anymore than 2 times, huge waste of materials you can never get back :c

Worth the how-ever many Microsoft con points it costs?

Kind of intrigued, but may just wait for the PC version.

Not sure of the US price but considering with the exchange rate it's cheaper to buy it on MS with MS points in England than it will be to buy it on Steam (roughly comes to around £11 on MS I wager £14-15 on Steam). But 1600 is the same as a COD map pack. So 3 maps for a multiplayer game against a massive open world sandbox zombie survival arcade game with management elements. Yeah it's worth it. It's not without its bugs but they're not game breaking and are going to be fixed/ removed entirely in the next patch. I think the PC version is in like 2 months time but they might wait till the Co-Op update is done to have it on both systems at once.

Also it has a trial so download that and judge for yourself.

Also Also: does anyone know how to get ammo? I'm in a farm in the middle of the American countryside and there's not ONE FUCKING BULLET. For shame America, for shame

I'm waiting for the PC version too, I don't have enough space on my 360 (saving it for the remaining ME3 dlc ha)

This pretty much sold me on the game though

Juggernauts are faggots.

The big bastards? Yeah they're dicks. Only way I can get them to go down is with molotovs. Wait till you accidentally drive into a bloater, or two ferals gang up on you.

Anywho turns out if you help the Clampetts with their nefarious doings and turn a blind eye to their scandalous villainy then they give you sharpshooter support, ammo reserves, bullets and new guns every day.

Yeah - I don't know the right name since it refers to them as Big Uns, Big Bastards and Juggernauts all in the same mission. I just know I had to defend a group of strangers at least 5 times from the fat fucks because they were too stupid to move to a better location or join our community. I gave up on it and they all died.

Good riddance. Thanks for the rucksacks full of smiley faces, chumps.

Moved to the little Taco Bell fortress. Not much room, but it's in resource central and it uses the fake little bell tower on top as a sniper post so yeah it's pretty awesome.

Ferals really are bastards.

I'm at the point where I need to move somewhere new due to there not being enough room at the church, i'm thinking either that walled off house in the middle of nowhere (there's a barn by it) or one of the industrial areas in the city. DECISIONS.

The big bastards? Yeah they're dicks. Only way I can get them to go down is with molotovs.

Yeh, when I finally figured out how to actually use grenades etc that's what I did, the only problem was it was the mission where you have to help those people in the ruined farm-house: YOU SET AN ALLY ON FIRE, TRUST LOST.

The amount of cars i've wrecked is ridiculous, it's so easy to flip them by going off small ledges or just getting them stuck in the geometry somehow. I've also had some random stuff happen, like trying to help a survivor being attacked by Zombies and he explodes whilst im trying to save him. Never did figure that one out.

Two things this game needs: the ability to load supplies into cars and the ability to make stashes.
