1. when is the moddb description coming in, or detailed description in general

2. do you get to choose your player model. or will it be like l4d where only one person per character. if you know what i mean

Are you guys adding custom sprays in the options, that can be sprayed in game?

If theres 8 players and X of them die. Hows that gonna effect the zombie respawn? Like, will it continue as normal or drop?

Are you going to have some sort of rule in the code that says zombies can't spawn while the players are looking? It's kind of cheap feeling when they pop out in the air and drop down 8 map units right before my eyes.

About the story, will some of the characters appear as npc's or will one or more of us players play as that story-related character?

Will we also be able to play through some of the scenarios in the story, prologue, present time and/or epilogue?

If so, have you considered multiple ways of ending those scenarios?

Will the maps only be in America or do you plan to have maps from Europe?

What do you like best about this mod? :P

How is the Inventory managed and how many Inventory spots does a single player have?

Are there any items that can boost a capacity of a survivor at the cost of extra speed?

EDIT:

Also are Zombies afraid of Fire or are they easily killed by it?

Hey guys, much obliged for the answers on the September audio update; very cool.

To clarify my first question: "Will we be able to "throw" weapons? or will weapons drop to the ground when we empty our inventory?"

No, not across the Grand fucking Canyon!, more like... and infected guy is on the outside of the window (he's infected and doomed) and I'm just inside the window (healthy and safe) could I "hand" him a pipe-bomb from here or will it fall at my feet?

Is there story character NPCs?

Will there be light, zombie block-able vehicles like a motorcycle? Or more silly crazy ones like a bicycle or skateboard?

When you jump on top of a mob of zombies will they pull you down into the middle of the mob? Or can you "crowd surf"?

Can you throw objects at zombies to kill them (crates, barrels, rocks, etc)

Any "strange" or silly objects you can find and have in your inventory, like a can of beer or a pack of (smokeable) cigarettes?

Will there be TF2 style taunts? Just for shits and giggles?

Can you carry objective items in your inventory? Like keys, a keycard, a crank, etc?

How will the disappearance of dead bodies work?

I mean I'm sure that if you have alot of zombies being killed you have some of them disappear for the sake of performance ,but when you kill an enemy and his body fades away or flat out disappears right before your eyes it sort of removes you from the immersion.

Voices meaning cries of excitement or cries of despair.

I have some music/sound-related questions this time. :)

  • How will music tracks' triggering work? (You know, all those special musical pieces such as "Failure Left Behind", "Terror", etc.)
  • Could you tell us more about the "dynamic, real time soundscapes in maps"?
  • What sort of ambient tracks can we expect to hear?

P.S. Dman: my nickname's pronounced as adam koos. :P

Quick question about the nature of melee weapons, an age old question to be exact but are you going for the "each power attack, your character steps into the swing" or just the classic "half life, stand there until everything breaks" routine.

Edit 1: My other question is the dealing with item (in all cases) spawning, how will this be dealt with, using an example L4D the items spawn in specific areas but are indeed random whether you get them, however the whole idea of exploring and finding it removed as now the game has become a process of elimination rather than chance or luck. I was wondering how are the team will be dealing with such problems to keep veteran players simply from going to the best/known spawn locations.

I know this is totally just eye candy, but. Will you later on add visible damage on melee weapons?

Say you use a baseball bat the whole round, will any dents or damage appear on it as you use it to smash skulls?

Is there a chance of the "sniper" game mode being implemented? Ex: Player as sniper has to kill survivors while they're trying to escape (with zombies)/ Sniper has to defend other players from zombies as they try to escape.

Not my idea, but I've seen it come up a few times in the past and I <3 it.
