Working Out =

I have some celebrity fitness advice that could help people lose weight. It was called the 3 hour diet. Basically, you wake up, wait at least 3 hours before you eat anything. When you do eat, it's less than you normally eat at a meal. Take all the food you'd eat in a day, and separate it into equal portions. After the first 3 hours, you eat one portioned meal. Workout/exercise like normal, but every 3 hours, you eat a portioned meal. Finally, 3 hours before you go to bed, don't eat anything.

The reasoning behind this is your body should increase your metabolism because it's constantly being fed and has to burn through calories almost non stop. Three hours before you sleep, and three hours after you wake up is when your metabolism is going to be lower (I think, can't remember specifics). Also, I think you can eventually decrease the size of the portions since your metabolism should already be altered. Of course if you don't workout/exercise, people will call you santa.

Someone also mentioned feeling bad in PE class. I was a little fatty in grade school, but I learned to juggle in PE, so I obviously didn't care what people thought of me.

Furthermore, if you need motivation, just type in Fat People in google.

Never got how people get that fat. I mean, I work out often and am pretty strong, but I'm still "overweight" in body fat. But like, really? How is it even possible?

There is a foot of snow outside, fuck running outside. I don't have a treadmill so I just run in place.

I do this for an hour, but I guess I have no idea how far I jog. I aimed low and said two miles.

Jogging a mile shouldnt take more than 10 minutes or so. I think in middle school I did my fastest mile at 6:05 or something :P
