I think personally you should come up with more screenshots of ur work :s

Hey if you're interested in seeing more of my work then I'd be willing to make another object, but the top screenshot is one I made for Wazanator last night, made in about 30 min to design an hour execute, it's 300 polys 1000 trigs.  The bottom screenshot is from a more recent project, but I would be willing to show you some more of my early source engine work if you'd like.

defo need more pics, that top prop looks more like a brush based model, if you have 3 years knowledge and experience id expect to see more stuff especially if your trying to promote yourself to join our team, need to show some more models, wireframe, with diffuses, ingame shots etc, promote yourself dude, no one will ever hire you with 2 pictures, one being a piece of art aswell

I'm interested in seeing what your Substance Painter doc looks like, could you upload the entire window? Your low poly topology looks pretty alright, but I'm a little worried about your UV-maps and texturing. I'd recommend taking your time to make something you're proud of instead of trying to rush something out in an hour.

Oh wow I know I look like an idiot right now, but I spaced out and forgot that textures can be a max size of 2048X2048 (everything you see is 1024), oh well I can redo those textures and they would literally look 4 times better.

on a source prop they shouldnt go over 1024, 2048 would actually be complete overkill, if anything most props of medium size like the cabinet we would aim for 512
