Hello this is my new project i am working on for a couple of days i hope u like the screenies

i'll update them until the map is finish

its going to be a nms map with this churchbuilding in the middle settlet in a small town

with the possibility to snipe from the tower ,that was the mainreason i'll made this map

because i fell in love to the new sniper u guys made sry about my english its not my motherlanguage

here is the firs pic of the

building the lighting is just to show u the brushwork it will get improved at the finalversion

I'm glad you have a sniper tower but I hope you try to keep the map interesting from other aspects. Obviously the most important is how the map will play.

I'm looking forward to updates, and I'm glad you like the Remington JAE-700!

looking great, will look really really good once the props and atmosphere are all in, brush work looks pretty solid to me

gameplay means very much to me ,i also would like to give this map a more arcade feeling for the player just to hop in

and do some skillshots with this badass jae 700 ,maybe its because i lover shooter likes cod destiny halo and bf

as i startet to build the town i was focusin to make parts of the map also fitting for pvp gameplay becaus i would love to

see servers where u can basicly play tdm + with this zombies walking arround u or a capture the flag instead of flags u simply use foodcans or others supplies

but thats just my oppion

Looking badass man. Keep at it, I know you're still in the mapping stage but what have you thought of it difficulty wise? Like how many zombies and what not? Just seems like there's way too many easy nms out there. But regardless its looking good man. Can't wait to see more

hey how u mean too easy i really die too often in the most maps ,can u give a tip how to increase the difficult?

more zombies less ammo or more closequatercombat would like to hear some suggestions about that

I think he means depending on how many waves there are, how many guns, how many weapons, how many space, how many zones that have to be controlled, how many easter eggs, how many zombie spawns, how many different angles, how many runners, how many kids, etc etc etc

thats really alot of stuff that i have to keep in mind ty

ok what about 3 zones one supplydrop and alot of ammo hidden in the map in dark rooms and corridors

10 waves i am not sure how man y zobies i will put in the map i guess i will start with 50 and rais them up to 150

depeds on the performence and yes of course i will place some hidden rooms where u can find ammo or weps

basicly u will be able to guard one or 2 zones from the snipertower too shoot down runners or support ur comrades

when they get grabed by zombies and support them while placing femabags

btw here are some new screenies

i added a decent fog and a new skybox+emvlight i guess i wll keep it like this looks interessting to me since i have all these dark rooms to give it a contrast

finally i am finished with the town i wont add more buildings to the map the rest of the town will be in the 3dskybox

also i need to place more rooms and corridors in the new buildings especially in the industrial one

i will playtest the map now and spwam some zombies cant wait to welcome them with a headshot from the tower

my fps are pretty low with max details maybe because i am runnig nmrih on my lap but i hope it will be playable with lower resulutions

the next step in the workproces is to add some nice creepy lightsources in the dark rooms and give the rooms more detail

i wont detail them too much to give the hole thing a abbandoned feeling 22850793ne.jpg

after some gamplaytesting i made this image with my poor paintskills it shows where the zones(red) and zombiespawns(yellow) will be in the final version of ourse i need to add additional stuff to make it work

the map is pretty big compared to other nms maps, i was playing with 100 zombies and had a good performence

i hope i can optimize the map that much i can use 200 or even more of them

I think there can only be a limited amount of zombies living due to lagg and crash issues. I think once i had this problem before some years ago while nmrih was still a mod that the server basically crashed because of to many zombies.
