New game type "Rescue" (npc help)

Hello i have a game type vision for this game called "Rescue" where the players search a city for npcs find them and hold out with barricades for a while and escort them to safety and find new ones until finished.

i figured that this could be made in (nmo) maps.
but i need to speak, make animations, face poser, activate and make the NPC follow me around on info_node.
i encountered that there were no Scripted_Sequence. ai_relationship and the npc_national_guard had no target path corner. and i do not even know how to make npc follow you.
what Entity tools do you people use?

and there seems to be no func_traktrain

func_tracktrain is a brush entity. Devs plan on adding npcs. You'll have to wait until they add them into the game because (from what I remember) there is nothing there to work with at the moment.
