Issues when I compile

I am a beginner at mapping, and I am making my first map these months.

Every times I saved the map file I clicked RUN MAP as well. And after every compile, it says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." it's not the main problem though.

Recently I made a lot of changed in my map. I saved it and clicked RUN MAP many times during editing, after that, I start game to test it. and it doesn't looks like the form last time I compiled., and even far away.

And then I clicked RUN MAP over and over again, but it still not works.

So I want to ask what is the problem and how to fix it.

I know I didn't told you any useful hints or something to you to help me solve the problem, that's because I don't know what are the things I should tell. I had tried to post the compile log, but my browser crashed.

Your map is leaking.

Go to map, load point file from the menu to locate the source of the leak. Please note props and func_detail brushes do not seal the level from the void (blackness)

Meh leaks, i had nightmares about leaks in this community, lights not working? leak! doors not opening? leak! zombies not spawning? leak! runners running too fast? leak! today i woke up from the right side of the bed? leak! The only problems i really ever had when i was a beginner and had no idea on how to seal the map properly was the lighting being a little different and cubemaps not working, nothing more.

Surely a leak can't change the shape of your map, check if you have the cordon enabled, could be it cutting a part of your map.

Oh and sealing the map is very important, believe me, but dont listen to who says: every problem in hammer is because of leaks, last time they told me so it was the vmf bugged, and another time was a crappy texture, DO NOT listen to those "leak leak leak leak" guys or you will never learn mapping, leaks makes a lot of troubles, but there's much worse stuff, like i can get my perfectly sealed map and remove part of the skybox and still be able to play it flawlessy, but if i make an invalid brush the map won't even compile, and if i let hammer remove it for me it could mess up my vmf and make me fix it manually looking for the problem in thousands of rows... Leaks are really the last of the problems in hammer, and if you focus on them as a primary problem, well, you better quit mapping

it is a leak that is causing this map to not function correct a prop_physics to be precisley go to coordinates -1689.00 -57.00 478.02 and fill in the gap

Now I get it. I think my next move is finish the layout and stop add any entities just now, because the map didn't completed yet. Then, I put skyboxes there to seal the map. Thanks everyone!
