BEST OBJECTIVE MAP EVER

I really enjoyed the map. Thank you ^_^

Wow! =) It took a long time to make so I'm very happy people are playing it. =)

finally beat it soloing (first time beating Sweden ever ^^)!!!

Impressive! I've never done it solo. =)

1. (minor) key in corner near the cabin, if people drop it in the dumpster near the edge then you can't get it

2. (major) Sometimes the board won't break at the start

Hmm... Sounds very strange. I've never had this problem. Just to be clear, you know they aren't supposed to be breakable during the "round starting" countdown, right? But they should always become breakable when the objectives start. Maybe people were hosting the map without the .nmo file on the server? Then the objectives won't work, and the boards won't become breakable.

The map is meant to be played by advanced players.

Yeah. It says "Difficulty: Hard" on the loading screen, sadly it rarely loads for some unknown reason.

I think this map has become notoriously hated amongst 80% of the players that can't play NMRiH without the !guns plugin. LOL. Personally, I really enjoy the challenge of this map but it's frustrating that everyone ragequits or spams RTV when it changes to this map. *le sigh*

About time this thing leaves beta. Updated to V1.

Changelog:

Improved the nav_grid (fewer safe spots)
Added reflections to the windows
Recompiled the doors so that they have handles
Removed a lot of console spam about missing door_options and no vphycis model
+a few more minor modifications

Thanks, this is the best map for the mission variety alone.

Also i love the difficulty, even though i am not an advanced player i still find it fun due to the difficulty.

Hi Socialstyrelsen, I have a question about this map. I'm trying to completing it alone, so far I've gone as far as opening the cage where the runners are. I was wondering, do the normal zombies actually respawn? It seems mostly not, as I seem to be clearning them over time, however some always remain, like I get down to a few ones and then they start respawning to always have a minimum. Does it work that way? Also, what's the other criteria for zombie respawn? Is it based on distance (like, zombies can respawn as long as they are X meters away from me), or is it based on line of sight (like, zombies can respawn as long as I can't see them when they respawn), or something else?

Does it work that way?

Yes. It works exactly like that. There's a setting called Spawn Regeneration Target. It is explained like this in the editor: "Dead zombies are cleared for live ones over 2 minutes time to reach this percent of live zombies." Different areas use different numbers. The forest is set to 10%, inside the main house is set to 1%.

Is it based on distance

Yes. If you move too far away all the zombies in that area will disappear. And when you come back they will be spawned in again at 100% (Spawn Regeneration Target doesn't matter in this case). It works like this in all objective maps, but not in survival maps.

is it based on line of sight

Spawn Regeneration Target will use line of sight to spawn zombies. So if you see 100% of an area no zombies will spawn even if the Spawn Regeneration Target is set to 10%. But if you turn around zombies will start to spawn until they reach the target.
