V2 is now out! Please post any bugs/glitches and questions you have!

Oh and for those of you who followed the topic this far...

1.The floor you start on in the hotel has a tan briefcase in the hallway, break that briefcase to find a key. Bring that key down the next floor with the open hotel door across from the vending machines. Use it on the bathroom door.

2. Safe on floor 1 of the hotel can be opened by using the keyboard at the clerks check-in desk inside the hotel foyer area.

3. (sort of a secret, but more of a hint) On objective ' Find a way through the apartments ' There is a gascan with a red X, bring that to the generator in the basement with the red X for lights to make it much easier to get through the tunnels.

I must say all your efforts have been worth it. The map is really looking nice, has good fps and I like your individual and creative objectives.

Did you fix the computer use bug? You could use it without bring monitor to work station.

Trigger progress use needs to be templeted and then spawned when wanted as the enable/disable commands do not work for some reason :(

Caused a bit of a panic for nay0r and I a while back.

Haha play it! i changed most of the objectives, computer is now already at the clerk counter and is used to unlock a safe in the gift shop

First off great map. I'm amazed at how big your map is coupled with the detail. Its incredible.
The only issue I had in my short life span was at the objective when you're instructed to find your way through the apartment building. After you acquire the gascan you're supposed to go through the door at the bottom of the stairs, this door does not have a door handle. As these types of things are processed by my subconscious this door was completely ignored and I ended up wandering around for 5 to 10 minutes.

Also there is a stair set that has no clipping in the garage where you need to gas up the generator. This kills the immersion.

Edit - I use v2 on my Server. Is a really good map

but the Spawnpoints are buggy. Only 5 Spawn on the Roof and the other 3 in the Respawn room near the Elevator.

Edit - Just realized that the server that plays hospitality has an old version of it. All my complaints were directed at flaws that were fixed with the new version

Hello all! I just played this map recently (v2) and everything worked great except for the alleyway where you (used to?) blow up the gate with a propane tank. That seems to have changed in V2 but to what, I don't know. Everyone I was playing with tried looking for anything/everything and came up at a loss. This left me wondering if we had a glitch and there IS supposed to be a tank that spawns, or if the objective did change in V2 and none of us could figure out to what. I think it might also be important to note that when using V2 we never get any objective hints or compass points, and that we did several runs so far and this is always the case. There is a kind of walkway made out of scaffolding at the gate area but no way to get up on it and hop over. Hope this was enough, and also not too much, info. Any help is appreciated!

Awesome. The lighting is 100% better. Especially the use of auxiliary lighting in the last pic. I like your choice of textures too, man. In my opinion it looks a whole lot better, Abilities.

Glitch:

The Objectives won't appear in white text like they should in objective maps, and the pre-game countdown also dosen't happen. This is also a problem on nmo_Frostbite. Solutions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hmm I'm actually debating on finishing a V3 version of this map. (Pictured above, is a WIP I believe) Feels like it's been so long since I've even messed around with hammer, so there's no guarantees. I know hillside is still incomplete and was definitely making progress, but had some pretty bad optimization issues if I remember. I Shall hopefully report back later today if I have news or something to share ;)
