I know how, I had a drop in my first map. I had intended for the armory to be the source of guns. I personally don't like the idea of the chopper dropping shit for people when they could just pick us up >_< I haven't heard anybody tell me it was a bad idea so I figured people didn't mind. I'm going to need a few more people yell at me for not having a drop before I add one.

I agree that supply drops are not needed based on how you have the armory configured. I would recommend less guns and more ammo. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the map.

threw up version 4 thanks to gregster setting up the custom extraction for me :D

EDIT: for whatever reason the collisions on my new windows went rogue and blocked a large portion of the guard tower walkway, my bad. it's not game wrecking so I'm going to leave it until next update. many apologies.

Just played through this map and its great! I only have one real bug and a personal complaint.

First, the bug:

The catwalk above the courtyard leads into C Block. However, there is an invisible wall on the catwalk inside C Block shortly after the door. It was frustrating dying because I couldn't run from the horde that was following me.

Second: The zombie spawns in the cell block. These scared the crap out of me the first time I ran through the dark hallway. However, when I realized that zombies spawned there every round, it got slightly annoying. I would suggested making the spawn spawn zombies once, at the beginning, and then disable the spawns. Just a personal opinion.

All that aside, great work on the map! Really enjoyed it! ^_^

Finally got around to converting this map over to nmrih version 1.07, it might need some tweaking but I think everything is in order. Let me know if you spot any errors :P

What's new?
.nav has been improved, you should see zombies getting up stairs now.
2 deer hunter bows and 1 CZ.
Minor texture differences.
Missing props have been replaced with brushes.

Came back to have a look at the prison and was surprised at how it held up so well with my poor optimization. Went back through and tidied up some brush work, func_detailed a whole lotta shit and did another detail pass. I also attempted to create a loading screen but obviously it's less than attractive.

Did some experimenting with the demo recorder thingy in game and attempted to make a short trailer for the map instead of the screenshot, you can see how that turned out as well as download the latest version in the original post.

Fixed up the map since zombies were not motivated to head to safe zones. Fixed not being able to heal safe zone A.

Wait, the bus is error models? does this happen for anyone else? I had someone check the map before I released the latest version just so that wouldn't happen.
