  1. Darkening Demise is a singleplayer, open hand crafted world, survival horror, first person, hardcore simulation. If you're sick of the fast 'zombies', zombies using guns, special infected, and animals getting infected, along with the kill on sight (KOS) or be killed on sight gameplay of DayZ and its clones, not to mention hackers and terrible Minecraft gameplay. Then Darkening Demise is for YOU! Darkening Demise is a singleplayer, survival horror, first person, zombie survival simulation exclusive to Windows PC. In Darkening Demise you play as yourself, five years into the outbreak. In a hand crafted open world with no invisible walls. Freely exlpore and do whatever that's possible to you. In this world where the dead rule, you have to think. Thankfully society can no longer blind you of your instincts. With the time that went by, you're prepared. Use stealth, action, strength, and smarts to survive as long as you can. No second chances, no respawns, no hints, no tutorials, no PVP KOS or be KOS. This is where YOU survive. The zombies are a major threat, they shamble as the classic horrors from our Godfather of Zombies himself Romero. These Romero zombies don't give up, they'll follow you till you are dead or they are. With many places to explore and a large ever expanding freely open world, you'll find yourself content. But...how long will you last? No saves, no respawns, just a new game each time you perish. Will you have the skills to survive as long as possible? Will you attempt what the majority of the world couldn't do? Or will you end up bringing forth your own Darkening Demise?   2. Resident Evil 4,5,6, and REV was babysitting missions. Co-op is not scary. Having to babysit a mentally challenged npc 'friendly' during the whole course of the game. RE4 killed it for me when you had to escort the bimbo typical modern useless daughter around throughout the entire game. 5 you had to watch Sheva's back. 6, depending on who you play as, was the same. Once they died. Game over. LAME! They also leaned WAY too much into COD. 6 especially. Sure Leon started out good, but then it went Michael Bay and Paul Anderson style. REREmake may hold the key to the return to the roots and not keep going towards the COD community. As Capcom admitted to doing. RE6 showed we didn't want that, they noticed the poor reception and sales, so of course they'll listen a bit better now.

  4. REREmake will hopefully show that we want survival horror and not COD crap like 4,5,6,REV, and ORC. A test and to fund further RE projects indeed. I'm buying it to show support for REal RE and not COD garbage. Just hope Shinji Mikami does what he does best with future work since he left. (The Evil Within sure doesn't look like survival horror, still looks like COD crap) so other works may still have a shot. REmake 2 was always in discussion at Capcom, just never did it, then fucked up with RE6 showing that we want RE and not something by Michael Bay and Paul Anderson who which should be hanged for their crimes of ruining once good franchises for practically a decade. At least Crapcom can't take all the blame with Operation Raccoon City; that was by the developers of SOCOM products. Crapcom didn't care because it sold well, the developers on the other hand took the reception hard. They did have rumors going around that a worker from Metal Gear Solid was to direct the next Silent Hill which is truly horrifying right there. A dead genre that was brutally slaughtered in 2004 is attempting to return from the grave. Hope is dim for it.
  5. Resident Evil REmake that came out and sold poorly due to a shit exclusive on a Pretendo console is being slightly altered and brought to PS3, PS4, 360, XBOne, and Windows in early 2015. RElive the TRUE survival horror and TRUE Resident Evil experience from back before the series went to complete SHIT of COD action packed garbage in 2004 and stayed that way till now. Hopefully Capcom is getting their shit together and will bring us RE2 REmake and RE3 REmake along with a REal Resident Evil in the seventh installment in the main series down the line.

  7. -Scale issues, never paid attention to that so I'm rescaling everything. -Also have to adjust jump distances since NMRIH has people who are too out of shape eat mcdonalds all the time and smoke cigarettes while are also all white so yeah this map has problems right now. Can't jump far/much and can't run much, got to love the restrictions. So I have to redo the map's layout. -Music is a problem too since they made it where the game has music in game no matter what and tell you to suck it. So you'll hear both SMB and NMRIH. -Objective setup, don't get it, never will, this map won't make it unless someone is willing to set it up. -The falling platforms from the underground part of the level won't function, anyone know how I should set it up? -If this map does well in the end I'll do more based off SMB, even the Castle level

  9. Many sites are being jackasses and posting false pages up to 'pre order' the 'PC/PS4/CrappyCableboxOne' versions. I gave up on the hope of it ,but seeing how IV was a shit port, I doubt V with its design will perform all that good either. GTA was good, but after growing up and realizing it's the same piece of shit it was since III and before that, I'm done with the series. Never played The Last of Us nor Bioshock Infinite. Both those are crap anyways. Honestly nothing good is coming onto the market anymore. Just clones of other products that have been out since the 80's/early 90's. Graphics are the only thing ever changing and what 'gamers' flip out about, no one seems to care about gameplay. But if they do, it's the very small group. Another COD, another TES, another Mario Kart, another Zelda, another Pacman. Nothing new. Golden sex doll?   12. So first off I decided to give it a try even though the first one was ****. This was an improvement with more things to do sure, but the whole experience is the same exact thing. ----------------------------------------------------- -Players that charge in put on the mask and begin shooting everything and everyone up. -Players that don't cooperate. -Players that horde everything that they can for themselves. -Players who follow you like sick puppies because they're noobs. (Your own personal Aren) -Players who don't listen to orders to pull off a successful mission. -Players who stand there and act like it's Call of Duty and bullets from five snipers and several SWAT units don't effect them! -Players who leave you for dead when downed. -Players who join the game, you have to have that annoying getting in the way loading screen then they leave and join again and then they leave! -Players who shoot the civilians/hostages. -Players that sit back when you gotta leave and everyone else gets killed while waiting for that player who's just standing there looking stupid! ----------------------------------------------------- MAKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PAYDAY 2 is no different from the first. What an awful experience. Glad it was just free weekend, cause I'm never spending money to play something with your awful community. And that everyone is my experience with the weekend event. Oh and why I hate PD2. Won't ever be playing again. Wished it could've had a skilled community player base but it turned out as awful as the COD community. Except I never had a child squeel into the mic and the mother nagging anyone who upsets the child. Hmm.

  14. So I decided to push Source again and see if I could make a blocky destructible world. Turned out I cannot, Source reached its limits with only a few breakables. So I removed over 50x50 blocks down to 10x30 which turned out too much still. So I removed the lower blocks from 40 down to 20 then to 5. Which still turned out too much. So I finally found a compilable amount and tried it out in Gmod. Oh the lag. The sweet sweet nectar of lag. How I wish it could've worked out. But alas it could not. Then I finally figured out how to make it perform better, rid of the music! Now it plays...decently. Just a tiny tiny tiny map that's destructible.
