  1. MOTDs are working fine. Contact your ads vendor for support.
  2. This is not a valid steam ID; steam_23:331180
  3. I'll be on my debugging machine later this week and I'll see if that dump aids in anything, Do you have this installed on it? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
  4. What command did you use to get the server files from steamcmd? Also, have you tried running this with the validate parameter? What version of Windows is this? Does this happen with SM/MM:S disabled?
  5. That dialog isn't meant to save as it's meant for occasional use. You could probably make a config file and execute it via the console but it's not really worth it for a couple of clicks.
  6. That's only for Windows builds. I'm not even sure if you can run Hammer or any part of the SDK on Mac or Linux.
  7. This error is almost always caused by having an out of date steam client installation, or an incorrectly configured server. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1817-RTSK-8917
  8. The respawn token command was moved into a config option in our scripts. You'd need to make a custom difficulty option with your changes.
  9. Just to be clear we can only control bans on our official server, and to a lesser extent we can guide on a ban from a community official server. You may view a list of these at the bottom of the page: http://www.nomoreroominhell.com/download/ All other servers are ran by players like you.
  10. Can you show us some screenshots of how you configured the server and the actual error (in the console)?
  11. So I'd wager he was running his own server with max players 1. Please set it to 2 or higher and check the LAN option for privacy. I have marked this issue as solved but if it is still a problem let us know!
  12. This has been reported already, but thank you! You can keep track of this issue here: https://github.com/ZPSNMRiHIssues/nmrihissues/issues/697
  13. You would need to opt in to our beta branch to get this right now. http://steamcommunity.com/games/224260/announcements/detail/213132793794679447 We're looking at pushing this in a couple of days last I heard so you may want to wait for that instead if you don't want to go through the process of converting all your clients to the beta build.
  14. We do not use SDK Base 2007 or TF2, the game is standalone. Have you verified your game cache? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335
  15. This was a fork that no longer exists. It's probably better to get the original on the sourcemod website.
  16. Windows 10 is unsupported at this time, it will be tested internally before it hits retail. SDK Base 2007 is not required for NMRiH.
  17. Funny because it already happened.
  18. With the Steamworks request it may possibly return true for members that have a previous relationship with the group. This is why the XML method of getting them is more fool-proof, its the only way you can be 100% sure they are actually in the group. Either way if it works with Steamtools this is probably not our fault. I'll close this out. EDIT: Apparently Steamtools works because it's doing it a lot more low-level.
  19. I've filled an issue for this and we'll see if this can be changed.
  20. That's a pretty strong allegation. I hope you'll have more evidence other than a test plugin (off the Steamworks extension no less). Not to mention Kyle did say that it's unsupported and for good reason. No, there is not. I don't know what the programmers will say, but seeing as I'm usually "rooting" for mod functionality I can't say you'd have my support here. If you can provide something more convincing then maybe I'd support this, but like you said yourself, "You can pull this off Steamcommunity's XML". Not to mention that method is more fool-proof.
  21. I'm not sure if you just don't understand what Riley is saying or you choose to ignore but; you are not contributing *anything* by simply posting YouTube videos, except maybe YouTube's bottom line on ad revenue. The same way you made these threads, except instead of posting self-promotional videos on your YouTube channel you post actual issues and skip all that stuff. You literally hit New Issues on an issues listing page vs. new thread on a thread listing page. Just to be 100% clear. The only way to "colaborate" and bring an issue to our attention is the GitHub issues page. No amount of videos, and nagging developers on Steam will guarantee a fix to any bug.
  22. The guides section on Steam has mostly subsituted the wiki. http://steamcommunity.com/app/224260/guides/
  23. The wiki is broken and the chances of it being fixed are slim. Sorry!

  25. Thanks for the email, we got it.
